brushed my teeth after lunch;

early floss! after lunch instead of at bedtime - some chicken from lunch was stuck in my teeth, so i actually flossed instead of my usual picking at it with my nails, which doesn't work well and damages my gums;

washed my face!

brought my electric toothbrush upstairs to charge instead of waiting until it gave the warning buzz; looked for my replacement electric toothbrush heads, but no luck; of course i forgot to take it back down to the bathroom when i was getting ready for bed, so i had to make an extra trip up and down the stairs and i was too tired to find something to take with me to make it useful. the only outlet in the bathroom is above the toilet and there aren't any shelves to put it on - need to come up with a solution for that.

unsubscribed from more marketing email lists;

cleared extraneous stuff off my desk;

washed a load of laundry;

unloaded, reloaded, & ran the dishwasher;

took another box of books to the basement for storage;

washed, dried, & put away my offering dishes;

had a video chat with flamingsword!

my right knee sometimes hurts when going up and down stairs, but not consistently. arthritis? probably arthritis.

- gathered a load of laundry
- showered and washed hair
- gathered more recycling from my room to take out

also got a really bad headache and had to take meds and sleep for a while. feeling better now, but need to take it easy for the evening.

- took 2 boxes of dishes and 1 box of books to the basement for storage
- did a load of dishes
- unsubscribed from more marketing email lists
- chopped off a bunch of my out-of-control hair
- opened high yield online savings account with basic checking account at same institution for fast transfer in case of emergency. remembered to bookmark the link and save my password!

my right knee hurts when i go up and down stairs. :( really a problem since my bedroom is on the 3rd floor and the washer & dryer are in the basement.

Holiday Week! (Holiweek?)

trying to actually get some stuff accomplished instead of playing computer games for my entire week off. today i went through my personal email inbox; everything has been deleted, archived, or tagged for followup. emails going back to 2010, with a few from 2007 and 2008. lots of feelings.

about a month (ish) ago i started flossing my teeth every night. after a week of consistent flossing, i invested in silk dental floss and xylitol mouthwash. it feels nice. next, i'm trying to remember to brush my teeth sometime during the day in addition to before bed.

eta: i also balanced my checkbook.

eta 2: i unloaded, reloaded, and started the dishwasher.
